As the Hub Lead, you’ll provide visionary leadership and operational excellence to ensure a high-quality, inclusive, and values-driven early years’ and OSHC service that delivers exceptional outcomes for children, families, and the community. Lead daily operations, staff development, and a positive, collaborative culture grounded in Catholic Social Teaching and MACSEYE’s mission and values Oversee budgets, occupancy, compliance, and property maintenance to ensure sustainable, high-quality service delivery Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework, regulations, and child safety standards through strong systems and continuous improvement Build meaningful partnerships with families, schools, and the wider community to foster engagement and shared outcomes Collaborate with MACSEYE and school leadership to align programs, events, and strategic goals across the integrated Children’s Hub
